Regularly scheduled business meetings of the Black Lake Special District will take place the third Monday of each month at 6:15 pm unless noticed otherwise on the Black Lake Special District website. The meetings will be virtual using Zoom audio.

The physical location for meeting attendance will be identified in the meeting agenda.

A meeting packet (agenda, minutes, etc.) is posted at least 24 hours before the meeting time. Please go to the “documents” section to review the packets.

Special Meeting

A special meeting may be called at any time by the presiding officer of the governing body of a public agency or by a majority of the members of the governing body by delivering written notice personally, by mail, by fax, or by electronic mail to each member of the governing body. Generally, special meetings are called only in the event that two or more commissioners will be attending the same public event or are scheduled to meet with constituents, other government entities or otherwise may be in a circumstance where Black Lake Special District Business may be discussed.
